However, please be aware that you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, simply visit https://hashbot.io and click on "Manage Subscription" at the top of the page. Once you are logged in, you will find the option to cancel your subscription. Please note that subscriptions are non-refundable. For more information, please read our Terms of Service.
Q: Wick bot is banning DM Disabler as soon as I try to add it to my server. How can I fix this?
A: This issue occurs because DM Disabler is a new bot, and Wick is treating it with suspicion. However, the Wick team has provided a workaround that allows you to add DM Disabler to your server.
Disable the joingate using this command:
w!jg 1a ?offInvite DM Disabler
Enable the joingate again using this command:
w!jg 1a ?on
Q: I've added some keywords to my blocked list, but Hashbot is not banning bad actors! A: Here are a few suggestions that might resolve the issues with your configuration:
Ensure the Hashbot role is positioned higher in your roles list.
Activate fuzzy mode if it is not already enabled.
Check that the name-filter is formatted correctly.
